Full Room Styling ($800-$1,500)

This service includes a consultation, design board, price list (to make sure you are within budget), and install.

How the process works is Katy will come to your home for a consultation to get a sense of your personal style and the function of the space you would like designed. She will ask questions that are imperative to making your space unique, enjoyable, and everything you envisioned it to be! Katy will then evaluate all of your wants/needs and add her own creative spin to the space. She will then organize it in a design board, so that you can visually see her vision for the space. After the design is approved, she will then price out exactly how much the room will cost (within your budget of course). Katy will then order all the items and schedule a time to install the entire room in one day!

E- Design ($600-$800)

Out of the area or on a strict budget? Thanks okay! Katy offers an E-Design service that will allow you to purchase items when you are ready. This service includes a skype or phone consultation, design board, sources to all furniture and décor, and recommendations for placement of all pieces.  

A La Cart ($100-$400)

This service allows you to pick and choose what you need Katy to work with you on. Just drapes? Katy can help! Not sure on what pillow fabric works best for your home? Katy can show you samples and connect you with the right sources.

Home Staging

Katy believes that making a great first impression on potential home buyers is critical to selling your home. She will help simplify and enhance focal points and create emotional appeal in your home so that it will sell quickly and at maximum price.
