These Terms of Service outline the agreement between you and King Interiors when you visit our website or engage our design services. We've written them to be straightforward because that's how we work in everything we do.

By accessing our website or working with King Interiors, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time, and continued use of our site or services constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
Our Services
King Interiors offers residential and commercial interior design, including full-service in-person design and virtual e-design packages. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for your project are outlined in your individual client proposal or design agreement, which takes precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.
Payments & Fees
A signed agreement and deposit are required before any work begins. Payment schedules are detailed in your project agreement. Fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as outlined in your agreement.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, mood boards, floor plans, renderings, and creative materials produced by King Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, you receive a license to use the designs for your personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of King Interiors design work without written permission is not permitted.
Client Responsibilities
A great project is a collaboration. We ask that clients provide accurate information about their space, needs, and budget; respond to design approvals and communications promptly; and understand that client-side delays may affect project timelines. We also ask that clients refrain from purchasing items outside of King Interiors' approved selections without consulting us first.
Limitation of Liability
King Interiors is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any project will not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not responsible for contractor errors, product defects, vendor delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Photography & Portfolio Rights
King Interiors reserves the right to photograph completed projects and use those images for portfolio, social media, press, and marketing purposes. If you'd prefer your project remain private, please let us know in writing before project completion, and we will honor that request.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Augusta, Georgia.
